Zefirro Barbeques have a limited warranted of 1 year from the date of purchase and covers all defects of materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse, in-correct heating, improper assembly and installation or failure to follow the provided instruction and care pamphlet. (please refer to the Do’s and Don’t section of the instructions)

Inforesight Consumer Products Inc., repair or replace all defective parts covered under this warranty at it’s sole discretion.

Due to the size and weight of the Zefirro Barbeque, defective components are not to be returned to your place of purchase. A digital photograph along with a description of the defect should be sent to info@zefirro.com for processing.
